“ L'Alba was right across the street from where we were staying so we dropped in for a quick lunch. Our waitress was very friendly. The stuffed mussels were yummy but a little bit too heavy - they had a lot of the garlic butter parsley bread crumbs in them. But better than too little - am I right? The sea bass was quite delicious with a fun sort of salad topping. The risotto was pretty good. And the view was fantastic! ”
“ Had a wonderful day at this beach club. Food, particularly the scallops was exceptional. Wine also delicious and not insanely priced like other places in Cannes. Highly recommend and we will definitely be back. ”
“ So, I got the grilled octopus, which tasted great. Unfortunately the starters were not as good, my friends and I really disliked the ceviche (could be a matter of taste). The tiramisu was also quite disappointing. Thankfully the portions were very good. We sat by the beach and the sky was absolutely stunning, I don't know if we would have enjoyed our experience as much if we were sitting at a different table at the main part of the restaurant. Staff was very friendly and the wine was quite good. ”
“ Well known to locals and tourists alike this establishment offers a superb view and atmosphere combined with a constantly changing menu comprising predominantly of fresh local seafood combined with an assortment of delicious meat and poultry all sourced organically from the surrounding area. Better to book ahead to assure a table overlooking the ocean. You will be greeted by a welcoming smile from the service staff ..who go above and beyond to make you feel welcome.. comfortable and relaxed in this wonderful environment. Don't be afraid to explore the menu and try the assortment of seafood in plentiful supply and variety..as well as the delicious daily specials on offer. No visit to Cannes is complete without a visit to this famous establishment.. ”
“ Great atmosphere and a stunning setting to enjoy the Cannes fireworks. The food is OK, the starters are huge and delicious but the mains, my steak in particular, are disappointing. The service was friendly and relaxed, but it is the location and views that steal the show! Dog and children friendly. ”
